Terms of Use

These terms apply to the BuilderCo, Inc. website at builderco.inc and the limited BuilderCo Gold Agent pilot in Microsoft Teams (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these terms. The Teams pilot is currently restricted to one allowlisted BuilderCo account and is not offered for general public use.

Permitted use

You may use the website for general information about BuilderCo. The Teams pilot may be used only by its authorized user, for internal evaluation, and only through a one-to-one chat with the bot. Do not try to access another person’s account, bypass the pilot’s restrictions, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully.

The pilot accepts chat messages, but not file attachments. It is not connected to BuilderCo mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint, or Teams channels. It cannot create Planner tasks or run scheduled email scans. Do not send passwords, credentials, payment-card data, health information, personnel or HR information, ongoing legal material, or confidential information about other people.

AI output and professional advice

The Gold Agent can produce summaries, brainstorms, and suggested actions. Its output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Review source material and use your own judgment before acting. The Services do not provide legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice and must not be used as the sole basis for a consequential decision.

Ownership

BuilderCo and its licensors retain their rights in the Services and their content. These terms grant you permission to use the Services as described here; they do not transfer ownership. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.

Availability and changes

The website and Teams pilot are provided for evaluation and may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. We do not promise that either will always be available or error-free. We may update these terms when the Services change; the effective date above identifies the latest version.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, BuilderCo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
